Caldwell Deadshot Field Pod--The KEY to Accurately Sighting In Your Crossbow

A good rest is HUGE when it comes to sighting in your crossbow. You cannot be sure you’re eliminating human error if the crossbow is not on a good rest. Yes, you can sight in off a sawhorse—I actually did that for my first few seasons! But I’ve used this contraption for years with GREAT results. There are couple of options that fit the bill below.

It’s a good idea to shoot from a treestand, or off your knee, to practice. But that’s different from sighting in your crossbow. When sighting in, you want to remove as much room for human error as possible to assure that the shot is the best the crossbow can offer. This rest helps you do that! And, you can use it in a blind, I suppose, if that’s what you choose to do!

The Field Pod works for bigger crossbows like Bunjie but also smaller ones like Bunjie, Jr.!
