Pennsylvania is the BEST and the WORST Place to Hunt Black Bears with a CROSSBOW!

Just some observations about why that is—why my home state is the best and worst place to hunt black bears at the same time.

I buy a bear license every year. I have yet to use it. I don’t FOCUS on black bears. Here’s why. Some neat statistics in this one. Some good food for thought.
